TUITION FEES PAYMENT
The cost of paid educational services for the school year and the amount of fees for the provision of additional educational services are established on the basis of an order of the rector.
For students, in accordance with the terms of the agreement, the university has the following terms for making payment for tuition (depending on your agreement)
– until December 20 / August 20;
– not later than 10 days before the beginning of the new semester
A student who has arrears in tuition fees is not allowed to pass tests, exams, state exams, defend a thesis and is subject to expulsion.
A student studying on the terms of an agreement may be granted academic leave in the prescribed manner. The period of academic leave is not paid. When leaving the academic leave, the student pays the tuition fee for the corresponding semester.

EBS IPR BOOKS is a modern electronic library that is replenished every day.
This is 128,000 license editions: educational and scientific, Russian and foreign, audio editions, as well as rare editions, which are not available in other resources.
With this system, students can prepare for seminars, tests and examinations, as well as perform various works and projects. The EBS IPR BOOKS system will be useful for teachers in drawing up the RAP and curricula, preparing and conducting classes, getting information about new publications of colleagues.
The library is available 24 hours a day online and offline, and has an IPRbooks Mobile Reader application that can be downloaded from the App Store or Play Market.
To register with the EBS you need to get the login and password in the MIU library.
